Pico de Gallo

Adding a finely chopped peach, plum or some pineapple is also nice.

-Chop up and then combine the following…

2 tomatoes

½ an onion

2 jalapeno peppers

1-2 sweet Italian peppers

Then add…

1 clove of garlic put through a press.

The juice of 1 lime.

Salt and pepper to taste.

-Stir to combine and serve fresh.
