Kale Caesar

-Remove the stems from 1 bunch of kale.

-Cut the leaves into thin strips.

-Place in a salad bowl and add the following:

1 clove of garlic put through a garlic press

2 TBS extra virgin olive oil

-Toss well.

-Sprinkle on a big pinch of sea salt and lots of freshly ground black pepper and toss again.

-Add the juice of half a lemon and toss.

-Sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
