-Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.
-Separate 1 head of romanesco into florets.
-Spread Romanesco on a baking sheet and add the following:
1 TBS olive oil
A pinch of sea salt and black pepper
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp paprika
-Roast in the preheated oven until tender, about 20 minutes.
