Roasted Snap Peas

-Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.

-Take the strings off of 1 pound of snap peas.

-Toss the whole pods with a little olive oil and some sea salt and spread them out on a baking sheet.

-Roast, tossing every 10 minutes or so until they begin to brown and caramelize, about 20 to 30 minutes.

-Serve at room temperature.
