Fresh Salsa

Combine the following…

-2 tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped.

-1 jalapeno pepper (optional) seeded and finely chopped.

-1 small clove garlic put through a garlic press,

-1 small onion, finely chopped.

-½ bunch cilantro, finely chopped.

-2 TBS fresh lime juice and ½ tsp sea salt.

-Let stand for 1 hour, drain a little if necessary.
