Dill Sauce for Smoked Salmon

-Combine ½ cup mayonnaise, 2 TSP Dijon mustard and 3 TBS chopped fresh dill in a small bowl and mix together.

-Add 2 tsp whole milk and some freshly ground black pepper and mix again.

-This sauce will keep, covered, in the fridge for up to 3 days.
