Since 2008, OlyKraut has been hand-crafting sauerkrauts, pickles, and sipping brines in Olympia, Washington. Our traditional preservation techniques, that never include fermenting in plastic, naturally fill our raw krauts with probiotics like Lactobacilli. These healthy bacteria strengthen immune function, support digestion, and revitalize the body after using antibiotics. We believe in growing a healthy regional food system as well as thriving, happy gut microbes and to do this, we use locally-sourced, organic ingredients and build connections with local farmers.
Receive 18 weeks of Olykraut's raw, handmade sauerkraut, brine or sour pickles. Kraut Shares receive one, 16 oz jar/bottle per week. Flavors will rotate from week to week.
